Clarity Compass | Organizational diagnostic for technical teams

Find what's slowing your team's execution

Know what's slowing execution and what to fix first

Clarity Compass helps leaders see where priorities, ownership, and decision-making are unclear across teams. You get a practical report with the main execution risks and clear 30-90 day actions to reduce friction before it turns into delays, rework, or missed targets.

See what execution friction may be costing you

Most companies can see delays and rework. Fewer can see the cost created by slow decisions, repeated clarification, unnecessary escalations, and coordination drag.

Use the calculator to estimate how much of your annual delivery budget may be exposed to hidden execution drift.

  • Enter a few simple metrics about your current projects.
  • Get a conservative annual estimate in seconds.
  • Use the result as a guide, not as an accounting figure.

If the estimate is low, your execution system may already be working well. If it is meaningful, the rest of this page shows where to look next. Your inputs are not stored or used.

Execution clarity problems may look soft, but the cost shows up operationally

Clarity breaks

Priorities may look clear at the leadership level but become interpreted differently in daily execution. When ownership also becomes unclear, teams spend time clarifying what matters and who should act.

Execution slows

When teams interpret priorities differently, work slows through repeated clarifications, rework, and unnecessary escalation. Decisions take longer, coordination load increases, and progress depends more heavily on senior leaders stepping in.

Business impact

Over time, these delays compound into missed milestones, higher delivery costs, and reduced confidence in execution. Leaders spend more time resolving friction, while teams lose momentum and critical work moves forward less predictably.

WHAT CLARITY COMPASS REVEALS

See where execution clarity is breaking before delivery risk becomes visible

The Cost of Drift Calculator gives you a signal. Clarity Compass shows where that signal may be coming from.

It is a focused executive diagnostic that helps leadership see whether strategy, priorities, ownership, accountability, and decision logic are reaching daily work clearly enough to support reliable execution.

This is not about measuring how people feel. It is about understanding whether the leadership system is clear enough for people to know what matters most, who owns what, what they can decide, when to escalate, and where execution is being slowed down.

From a cost signal to the source

The calculator estimates whether hidden execution friction may be financially meaningful. It cannot show why that friction exists.

Clarity Compass looks beneath the number and helps leadership identify:

  • where priorities are interpreted differently across levels,
  • where ownership becomes unclear in cross-functional situations,
  • where decision boundaries are slowing execution,
  • and where escalation logic is creating unnecessary friction.

What leadership gains

The value is not another score. It is a clearer basis for leadership action.

Clarity Compass helps leadership:

  • compare what leadership believes is clear with what managers and teams actually experience,
  • separate motivation problems from system-clarity problems,
  • identify which clarity gaps are most likely to affect delivery,
  • focus attention on the few issues that should be fixed first,
  • and turn the findings into practical 30–90 day actions.

Instead of debating symptoms, leadership gets a clearer view of where execution is breaking and what to address first.

A practical executive output

The output is not a culture score, a motivation speech, or a collection of employee comments.

It gives leadership an executive view of:

  • where execution clarity is breaking,
  • which gaps are most likely to affect delivery,
  • where leadership attention is being absorbed unnecessarily,
  • and what should be addressed first.

The goal is not to diagnose everything. It is to identify the few clarity gaps where focused leadership action can make execution more reliable.

The clearest way to assess the diagnostic is to see the output itself.

In the next section, you can review the 24-page sample report and see how anonymous responses are turned into an executive view of execution clarity.

SEE THE DIAGNOSTIC LOGIC BEFORE YOU DECIDE

Review the Clarity Compass sample report

Before you request a conversation, you can review the 24-page sample report and see how Clarity Compass turns anonymous responses into an executive view of execution clarity.

The report shows how strategy, priorities, roles, decision logic, leadership response speed, and execution obstacles appear inside daily work.

It is designed to help leadership see whether the organization is executing with clear priorities and decision boundaries - or whether hidden drift is already creating delivery risk.

The sample report includes:

  • Executive summary
  • Participant overview
  • Results dashboard
  • Unclear direction, roles, and goals
  • Strategy-to-work translation chain
  • Reliability of execution
  • Leadership response speed
  • Main performance obstacles
  • Expert interpretation
  • Recommended next actions

The sample report is illustrative, but it shows the diagnostic logic, structure, and type of leadership insight Clarity Compass is built to provide.

EXECUTIVE RISK REVIEW

See where execution risk may be building before it becomes expensive

What we'll cover in 20 minutes

1. Where execution is slowing down
We'll look at where slow decisions, repeated clarification, unclear ownership, unnecessary escalation, or competing priorities are creating friction.

2. What may deserve a closer look
We'll separate isolated operational issues from patterns that may point to a wider execution-clarity problem.

3. Whether Clarity Compass is the right next step
If the situation fits the diagnostic, Raido will explain how Clarity Compass could help investigate it. If it does not, you will know that too.

Frequently asked questions

How large should a team be for this to make sense?

We recommend starting with around 15 people. Clarity Compass becomes especially useful with 30+ employees, where patterns across teams, roles, or leadership levels can be compared while protecting anonymity. Subgroup results are typically shown only when at least 7 respondents are represented.

Is Clarity Compass another employee engagement survey?

No. Clarity Compass is an executive execution-clarity diagnostic. It examines whether priorities, ownership, decision boundaries, escalation logic, and other execution conditions are clear enough to support reliable delivery. The output is not an engagement score or a collection of employee opinions — it gives leadership a group-level view of where execution clarity is breaking and what to address first.

Will responses remain anonymous?

Yes. Clarity Compass is designed as an anonymous, group-level diagnostic. Names and email addresses are not collected, and results are not used to evaluate individuals. Subgroup results are shown only when confidentiality can be protected, with a recommended minimum threshold of 7 respondents. Smaller groups are not displayed separately.

What does leadership actually get from the diagnostic?

Leadership gets a clear, group-level view of where execution clarity is breaking down, which gaps are most likely to affect delivery, and what requires attention first. The report combines the main patterns, differences between groups, key execution obstacles, expert interpretation, and prioritized actions for the next 30–90 days.

How much time does this require from our team and leadership?

The process is designed to be light-touch. Most employees only need to complete a short anonymous survey. Leadership involvement is concentrated around agreeing the scope and reviewing the findings, while the analysis and report preparation are handled by Clarity Compass.

How quickly do we get the findings?

The full analysis and executive report are typically delivered within 4–6 weeks, depending on the scope and number of respondents. The leadership review is then scheduled around delivery.
